Orders are packed and shipped within 3–5 business days. We ship via USPS, and most packages arrive in 2–4 business days once shipped. You’ll receive tracking info via email.

Please consult your healthcare provider before using any herbal products during pregnancy or nursing. Some herbs may not be recommended at certain stages.

Scoop 1–2 teaspoons of tea into a strainer, infuser, or reusable tea bag. Pour hot (not boiling) water over the herbs and steep 8–10 minutes covered. Sweeten to taste. Sip slowly and enjoy the ritual.
